A few days ago Google sent me an email that it (Google) had blocked an unauthorized access to my Google account. It recommended that I should change my Google password. I did that, and everything has gone well since then except that I can't sign in to Gmail on my tablet. A desktop computer,a laptop comuter, and my cell phone all access Gmail without difficulty. The tablet accesses my Google calendar without trouble. But every time I try to access Gmail on the tablet I get the error message that my password is incorrect.
On the actual computers, the Calendar comes up with its 9 little blocks at upper right, so I could get to Gmail from the Calendar if I needed to do that - but I don't need to, on the computers. On the tablet, the Calendar doesn't have those little blocks, so I'm unable to use Gmail without signing in - and I can't sign in. I've changed my password a second time, and the new password is accepted by both computers and by the cell phone. But it is still rejected by the tablet. Any idea what's going on? Any thoughts on how I could get to Gmail from the Google Calendar on the tablet? Bill -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Gmail-Users" group.
