Hi, I've been trying to email someone and I keep on receiving this message:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

     - <[email protected]>-recipient's address--

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for
the recipient domain hotmail.co.uk by mx2.hotmail.com. [what I think is an
IP address].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

What can I do?

btw, I don't know the guy personally so I can't just ask for him to email
me.

Thanks in advance for all productive replies.
