From the dashboard, go to *Apps* > *Google Apps* > *Gmail* > *Advanced settings* <https://admin.google.com/AdminHome?hf=ServiceSettings/service=email&subtab=filters> . I have logged into the Admin console (https://admin.google.com/UserHub) . I fail at step 2. What *is* the 'dashboard'.
