That screen shot is IE. I think your default browser might be set as IE
so when you double click on a link on your desktop it is opening up IE.
I would recommend opening up Chrome (use the Google Chrome shortcut)
click on the three lines in the upper right hand side, go down to
Settings and then look for Default Browser. Does it say the default
browser is Chrome?
