1.  Right click on your bookmarks area, choose "Customize...", then select
"Restore Default Set".
2.  Go to "Tools"->"Add-ons" and uninstall GMarks as you would any other FF
add-on.

Note: Step 1 will get rid of all your toolbar customizations, not just the
ones done by GMarks.  If you have a lot of customizations, you can try
undoing just the GMarks parts (tedious).
