I love the fact that I can see all of the Google Reader(GR) items that
I have starred. It really is a nice bit of integration between the
services. However, taking items from Google Reader and moving them
into other areas of GMarks doesn't seem to work very well.
I would really like to be able to be able to add star items in GR, and
then later sort through the items and move them more appropriate
folders in GMarks. Today, I do this by exporting the GMarks bookmarks
to an HTML bookmarks file, editing the HTML to include just the
starred items, pulling that into FF bookmarks, and then import the FF
bookmarks back into GMarks. Rather tedious.
Would it be possible for GMarks to either handle moving GR items
correctly, or, handle copying all the URLs/Titles from GR into a new
tag/folder in GMarks, where I could then sort them?
