Not on my installations its not. Would you be more specific . In the general sections I have 3 sections (sort by, account preferences and labels) the display section has 4 tabs, (sidebar, toolbar, menu and misc)and the other section has 3 subsections(Quicksearch shortcut, Google reader, and other). This is no option section for importing/ exporting firefox and any of my installations
