Anything that starts with "javascript:" - and bookmarklets start that way - won't be usable in gmarks. Maybe what you're using for 'Remember the Milk' are actually some sort of links. Gmarks also can't be used for local files since bookmarks starting with "file:" won't work either. For a while I used a hack I came up with: 1. The "bookmarklet" would be a disguised as a google search starting with an equal sign. 2. A greasemonkey script would then covert the "bookmarklets" into javascript. In the end I scrapped it since it was ugly and most of what I was doing I could do with keyword searches.
