GMarks should currently work with 3.0.10. The issue is the install.rdf file doesn't have that updated info so Firefox checks addons.mozilla.org. On the off chance that site doesn't respond you might get the error that it isn't compatible. Just reinstalling from addons.mozilla.org would fix that.
