The 'Bookmark all tabs' bookmark menu entry is firefox specific only. The Ctrl-D combo for GMarks, when enabled, just saves one bookmark at a time (to be saved on Google Bookmarks).. The Bookmarks menu is for firefox, not for GMarks.
It's probably because you have a gtk combo assigned to the Bookmarks menu entry and you think it's going to do a firefox specific function when the add-on is enabled. It would be a good feature for GMarks to have though (Bookmark all tabs).
