Yes, same here. I noticed that it broke after I installed the sxipper plugin, but I've since uninstalled it, tried other google bookmark plugins, renamed my .mozilla directory, and all without effect - I can no longer add bookmarks via any of the firefox plugins.
I am running Debian testing, and update weekly or so, if there are any dependencies on other libraries. Firefox (Iceweasel) 3.0.14.
