There are now several google bookmarks extensions for google chrome. This one looks decent: https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/hojigclpigghnkdhhkhgjobmoghdecae
You can search for others at https://chrome.google.com/extensions. It doesn't seem like there is a real need for me to port gmarks over. Their extension system could use more development anyway.
