If you drag inside the folder instead of ontop the label will be inserted 
instead of replaced by the new one. As far as the duplicates, I haven't seen 
that, but refreshing instead of deleting would be best. Due to the label 
structure deleting a url deletes it completely. Otherwise you would select 
remove label.
