I've been a really huge fan of GMarks, and it's been a long time since John Marshall said that he will not continue the development of this extension. Recently he has even explained why, talking about his life priorities and in my opinion now is time to stop bugging him.
By the way, for anyone interested in a cloud-based bookmarking service, I suggest switching from GMarks to the Firefox Sync. The only disadvantage I've seen so far is that it requires a Firefox client, but on the other hand you get not only a bookmarking service, but a complete solution for sharing your activities in as many devices as you use. I'm actually syncing a wide range of devices, from desktop computers to laptops or mobile devices, using Windows, Mac OS X, iOS or Android operating Systems. It's been really a pleasure to use GMarks and I would like to thanks John Marshall his effort developing it, but now I can only wish him the best in his near future. Thanks once more. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "GMarks" group. To post to this group, send email to [email protected].
