Hi there. I've tried a number of Google Chrome Google Bookmark extensions.
The BIG failing they all seem to have is that you can only search for one label. In GMarks for Firefox you can search for " android file upload" to narrow down your results. In all the Chrome extensions I've seen you can only use "android" or separately "file" or separately "upload" For this reason and the great usability of double pressing the Home key to get a search box, I'll be sticking to Firefox. But I hope the functionality of GMarks might make it's way some day into a Google Chrome extension.
