You can try this : 1) Export the Google bookmarks using the google feature ; 2) Import this file in firefox (import from HTML) 3) Install the google toolbar in firefox, and use the option "Import bookmarks from firefox".
I didn't try this, but it should work. Otherwise, you can also : 1) open all your bookmarks in tabs using gmarks (middle click on each folder) 2) Use the bookmark all tabs option in firefox 3) Use the google toolbar to sync firefox & google bookmarks But you will loose your labels.
