All, this is the refreshed nightly test report, with support for deferred
tests. Deferred tests are still run and processed like normal, but they're not
included in the main parts of the test report. Note that no tests have been
marked as deferred at this point.

I've also rearranged some things, hopefully for the better.

* The total number of scripts and the percent passed now only count active
scripts. Deferred tests are not counted in this.

* Before, new truth failures were divided, depending on whether they were
caused by changing output, or some other cause (such as a new truth file).
These are now all reported under "New truth failures", regardless of cause.

* There's a new section at the very bottom of the report that shows data for
all deferred tests.

* The RunDef file has a new element to mark deferred tests, like so (just an
example):
        RunDef.Deferred = {
                'CSParams_*'
                'DC_ReportFile_Debug'
                'GMAT_SunSync_*'
                };

My plan is to work with Steve when he gets back to make a new default RunDef
file for the nightly tests that filters out all the non-R2013a tests.
