This failure:
FMParams_GMAT_Mars1_SpacecraftOriginTest [max diff 9.01901e-07 > tol
1e-09]
comes from a bad initial state for one of the spacecraft in the test
script. I've discussed it with Steve, and he should be correcting it.
(That might not happen until after his vacation, though.)
