I think there was a MATLAB license issue. MATLAB R2015a 32/64bit were installed 
on April 10 Friday.  According to Bill, these installations are using the new 
license server, which requires whitelisting of accounts that will use MATLAB.  
I sent him an email regarding this new license server issue.
