Are you getting a MATLAB license failure in the log file? With all of the
interns around here, we sometimes run into licensing issues (exceeding the
limit).

Subject: [Gmat-buildtest] Matlab problems
When I run the test below locally in Windows (setting RUN_MODE=TESTING in
startup file),
Transmitter_Frequency_DSN_Doppler_DeepSpace
I get a "Failed to open MATLAB engine ..." error message
Does anyone else get messages like this for other tests? (I am using matlab
r2016b). I am using RC2. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
Thanks,
Steve
