It appears that the automated svn cleanup failed, and so the test updates Steve C. committed were not included in this test run. I fixed the update by hand, and ran one of the new nav failures locally and they pass. So, I suspect most if not all of the new nav failures in these results are false positives due to the fact that the tests did not match the code.
