Hi All,
I am going to update ALL empirical data files to test our process (EOP.
Leap second, SPICE kernels, space weather etc.). This shouldn't cause any
issues, but if it does, I'd like to get them resolved next week so that during
upcoming release, data updates don't cause test regressions.
Just a heads up in case we do see changes from today's run that it may be
because we haven't caught all the places where we need to use version
controlled data in the test system.
