These are the first full test results for nav-noise merge on Windows. - The test machine was rebuilt last week, and Python was not installed so those tests are likely false positives. - I suspect these are due to bug in test system: FRR-59_OLDSpacecraftNavigation - I'll fix tolerances on the mission design tests or analyze when required.
