Subject: Decision on your recent abstract for AAS Space Flight Mechanics
Meeting, Maui, HI

Dear Steven Cooley,

Thank you very much for your recent contribution for the 29th AAS/AIAA Space
Flight Mechanics Meeting.

The AAS/AIAA Space Flight Mechanics Meeting emphasize papers that are primarily
focused on topics associated with the space-flight and astrodynamics. These
papers are accepted after consideration of the quality and length of the
extended abstract, the originality of the work and/or ideas, and the
anticipated interest in the proposed subject.

We sincerely regret to inform you that your proposed manuscript:

AAS 19-469 : Operational Applications of the General Mission Analysis Tool
(GMAT) with Recommended Practices

was judged by the Technical Chairmen to be beyond of the immediate scope of
this meeting. For this reason, this submission has been scheduled to be
removed from the submission system.

Should this meeting still interest you, we encourage you to register and attend
without presenting this paper. In the interim, we wish you all the best in
finding an alternative venue for presenting this work.

Should you have any questions surrounding this decision, please contact us via
email.

Very best regards,
AAS Technical Chair
