The error message is just: *** Error loading "libFminconOptimizer": Either libMatlabInterface could not load or is disabled, or the MATLAB Optimization Toolbox is not available. Disable the appropriate PLUGIN line in bin/gmat_startup_file.txt to remove this error.
The matlab version is 9.5.0.944444 (R2018b). Not sure how to tell what version of fmincon. From: Hughes, Steven P. (GSFC-5950) <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, July 22, 2019 3:30 PM To: Cooley, D S. When he opens open matlab and types 'ver,' he does have the optimization toolbox. (and typing fmincon shows it is in the path). Any ideas on how this could happen? From: Slojkowski, Steven E.
