To try to get rid of the "didn't finish write to log file" issue, I tried
adding a 1/2 second wait in the DetectCrash function.
This made things worse:
1. GMAT didn't finish writing to a Report. (using Report command)
2. Matlab ddepoke error:
Interface Exception Thrown: ".m", Error using ddepoke
The first argument 'channel' is not valid.
I will delete the pause(0.5) command.
