Fix for Bug 2521 (Renamed GroundStation Name is Not Referenced in Other Panels)
Removed GetGeneratingString() and WriteParameters() from the GroundStation
since no special handling is necessary for this class. It will use methods
from the GmatBase.
Updated ResourceTree::UpdateGuiItem() to update GroundStation objects.
