Fix for bug 2545 (On OrbitView and GroundTrackView, Spacecraft Symbol Stops
Moving after max data points)
and Bug 2640 (Spacecraft Symbol Position on Orbit and Ground Track Plots after
Stop Animate)
Updated to use actual last frame number when drawing objects.
Also fixed spacecraft icon not showing in the ground track plot. GUI test
didn't catch this error.
