Partial fix for bug 2462 (GMT-52) - Valid Equation Won't Parse
Added new protected methods GetScalarOutputInfo(), GetMatrixOutputInfo(),
ValidateScalarInputs(), and ValidateMatrixInputs() so that derived math
functions can call these methods in GetOutputInfo() and ValidateInputs().
Coded ValidateScalarInputs() to throw an exception when input is not a scalar
or 1x1 matrix.
