Fix for bug GMT-247 - Assignment command fails when parameter is on both RHS
and LHS
Assigned unique item id for Cartesian, Keplerian, Spherical, and Equinoctial
items.
CartesianParameters - Moved SetReal() method to parent OrbitReal class so that
SetReal() can also be applied to items in other representation.
OrbitData - Added Keplerian and Equinoctial items to call
Spacecraft::SetRealParameter() in SetReal().
