Mods to throw exception if specified 'Axes' is invalid
Modified to not write warning message if 'Axes' is not set and defuat MJ2000Eq
is being used
------> Fixes Bug GMT-308 - Invalid Axis System not caught in validation
results in incorrect numeric results
