Fix for GMT-16 (Bug 2465) - Fixed OrbitView Shows a Rotating Body
Fixed wire frame plotting to work again.
Fixed to use "UseInitialView" field correctly so that the last view setting is
used when "UseInitialView" is turned off.
Fixed to plot correctly in view coordinate frame by removing the rotation
matrix multiplication in DrawObject().
Fixed animation view by using saved body rotation angle and axis.
