Fix for GMT-63 (Bug 2528 - Mission Tree does not handle adding elements to
"If-Else" statement correctly)
Fix for GMT-209 (Nested Branch Commands Have Swapped "End" Command Names in
Mission Tree)
Fixed so that when appending a command to If-Else it will append a command
before the Else command.
Fixed to correctly label the Branch and EndBranch command node.
