Fix for GMT-2564 (User allowed to delete references for Global panel but
deleting reference crashes panel or GMAT)
Global - Added GetRefObjectNameArray() to return ref objects used by Global.
GuiItemManager - Changed AddToAllObjectArray() to RefreshAllObjectArray() since
it clears and re-adds objects.
