[GMT-2336] Set the drag model to use the force model origin as the reference
body.
This change was made in a way that allows for PhysicalModels that need to have
the origin set via the origin of the Spacecraft coordinate system. Those
models would override the new UsesSpacecraftOrigin method to return true rather
than the default value of false.
