Fix for GMT-2601 (Script Editor Issues Affecting All Script users)
GmatSavePanel - Added Save button to active script and modified not to reload
the contents when save.
Also fixed ScriptEditor persistence.
GmatMainFrame, GmatMdichildFrame - Implemented ScriptEditor persistence.
GmatApp - Changed WindowSize to Size for configuration data to be consistent
with others.
