Fix for GMT-2667 (Can't Rename Any Object Unless Starting from Default Mission)
gmatdefs - Changed to return true in macro def DEFAULT_TO_NO_REFOBJECTS for
RenameRefObject()
Moderator - Added to write detailed message when it fails to rename object.
