Fix for GMT-2622 (Global window crashes when Formation and VF13ad resources are
renamed)
ResourceTree - Changed to call GuiItemManager::UpdateAll() in OnRename().
Changed not to count undocked mission tree when showing menu.
GmatMainFrame - Added IsMissionTreeUndocked() with no arguments.
GuiItemManager - Added to check for NULL pointer and debug.
