- Corrected tooltip for variable (can only set to a real value, not to another
variable)
------> Fixes Bug GMT-2680 - When creating a variable in Resource tree, the
user cannot assign another variable to the newly created variable, even though
the system's message says: 'Value of the variable (real number or another
variable name)'
