Fix for the following ParameterSelectDialog related bugs:
GMT-2681 User can add attached tank(s) to ReportFile through script but not via
the GUI.
GMT-2679 Arrays cannot be added to report's Parameter list for the Report
command
GMT-2673 Parameter Select Dialog Box Silently Changes User's Selected Object
Moderator - Enabled hardware Parameters creation so that those can be shown in
the GUI.
ParameterSelectDialog - Added attached hardware ListBox and showed proper
hardware properties. Changed so that whole array or array element can be added
to ReportFile or Report command.
VaryPanel, ReportPanel, CallFunctionPanel - Changed since ParameterSelectDialog
constructor changed.
GuiItemManager - Updated to provide hardware ListBox.
ParameterInfo.cpp - Turned off debug.
