Fix for GMT-2687 (OrbitView is not plotting orbits with the selected colors)
OrbitViewCanvas - Just debug update.
ViewCanvas - Updated to write model file not found warning only during
initialization.
OrbitPlot - Updated to fill spacecraft state with zero when spacecraft data is
not distributed in BufferOrbitData(). This fixed orbit color issue.
