==> Fix for GMT-2869 Renaming SC causes error when writing ephemeris file
EphemerisFile - Correctly implemented RenameRefObject().
==> Updated to show CCSDS ephemeris file contents in the Output tab and to fix
persistence.
EphemerisFile - Removed UPPER_LEFT, SIZE, and RELATIVE_Z_ORDER from read only
to fix saving persistence data.
Subscriber - Just updated comments and debug.
GmatTreeItemData, OutputTree, GmatMainFrame - Updated to create CCSDS ephemeris
file item under Output tab.
EditorPrintout - removed compiler warning.
