Fix for GMT-2932 "Typo in major error message".
I grep'd the code for all occurrences of "already exist" and changed to
"already exists" if the typo was not in debug or comments.
Removed hard coded text "CoordinateSystem" from CoordSysCreate dialog box error
message. If you tried to rename a coordinate system to DefaultSC, the message
said: "Coordinate System DefaultSC already exist"
