==> Fix for GMT-3023 XYPlot Validation tests are causing GMAT to crash
Interpreter - Updated to skip blank object names in ValidateSubscriber().
==> Updated so that XYPlot works in the GUI with new wrapper implementation:
Subscriber - Changed ClearWrappers() to take two arguments indicating which
wrappers to clear.
XyPlot - Called ClearWrappers() in TakeAction() with clear action.
XyPlotSetupPanel - Added ValidateSubscriber() to create wrappers in SaveData().
Removed checking for max of 6 plots.
Moderator - Added ValidateSubscriber() to create wrappers when default XYPlot
in CreateSubscriber().
ReportFile - Just comment change.
