[GMT-2001] Added validation for the origin field, and added Thruster to the
interpreter's final pass so that validation occurs on build rather than run.
Also updated the validation for thruster/finite burn association so that it is
checked later in the process, allowing the association to be made in Command
mode rather than requiring it in assignment mode.
