- Added code to make sure OrbitPanel (via SpacecraftPanel) is updated when it
is activated so that the coordinate system combobox can be refreshed (in case
the user has added coordinate system(s))
[GMT-3055] Spacecraft GUI allows disallowed coordinate system transformations
