- Added scPanel to resource listeners in GuiItemManager
- Added RefreshObjects to GmatPanel and SpacecraftPanel to be called when
GuiItemManager updates list(s) [in this case, scPanel handles updates to
coordinate system list]
- Removed first attempt at fix for this bug as it only worked on Mac
[GMT-3055] Spacecraft GUI allows disallowed coordinate system transformations
[FIXED (again)]
