[GMT-3090] Added code to force a refresh of the name of a PropSetup changes, so
that associated ForceModel name lists are also refreshed.
There is a small side effect of this change (P2 or maybe P3 but up to the CCB
to make the final call on this); see GMT-3101. My recommendation is to manage
that change when we address ForceModel handling and the Propagator panel.
