Fix for GMT-3046 Parse errors with inverse operator
Fix for GMT-3070 Parse error in matrix equation
StringUtil - Updated RemoveExtraParen() and IsEnclosedWithExtraParen() to
ignore checking for comma on option.
MathParser - Updated to do some validation up front before starting parsing in
Parse(). Updated FindOperatorIndex() and GetOperator() to find operator from 3
input positions given operator precedence.
MathTree - Just updated for debug.
