Fix for GMT-3072 Disable use of MatlabFunctions in assignment statements
Validator - Added check for MatlabFunction and to throw currently not allowed
in math equation message if used.
CallMatlabFunction - Updated to cd to working directory before adding matlab
search paths so that use of relative path from the startup file will work.
